Artist's Comments
As suggested by the title, I intend to do an entire series on this tribe. I've had a total fascination with this tribe ever since I saw my first picture of one of their women with a giant lipplate. I've since been collecting images of them and doing massive amounts of research on their culture just because they are so interesting.
Sad to say I found the ref for this on google image search and forgot to check the source :S Sorry  this is one of the males in the tribe done in pigment liner. See also [link] the drawing that really started the series. More to come! |
